The Services are offered at no cost to you; however, this phrase solely pertains to your use of the Application to secure transportation services and does not exempt you from the obligation to pay for any taxi fare incurred through the Service.
Depending on your location and applicable laws and regulations, Eagle Taxi - Taxi Las Águilas may also facilitate electronic payment of taxi fares via the Eagle Taxi - Taxi Las Águilas application installed on your smartphone through ONLINE Payments. Please note that the terms and conditions governing Eagle Taxi - Taxi Las Águilas Pay transactions are distinct from these Terms.
